Deployment Strategist - North America

About the role

ElevenLabs is hiring a Deployment Strategist for its North American market. Working with Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals and other Strategists, you will help deploy ElevenAgents, the enterprise AI platform, on customers' problems. The role is remote-first, open to anywhere in the United States, with a preference for New York or San Francisco and regular travel for customer on-site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals and key pain points around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end, from use case selection to commercial terms (outcome-based pricing, license fees, implementation arrangements).
• Act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and work with software engineers to build them.
• Guide customers on best practices such as agent design, orchestration and production readiness.
• Explore applications in new industries and present proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Work with the Research teams to feed field insights back into the platform and models, and build demos for customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise customer experience preferred.
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management.
• Comfort in deal conversations, structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles with GTM partners.
• Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.

Required skills

• Basic Python and familiarity with API integration, enough to prototype and demo.
• Familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.
