About the role
All Kind Smiles is looking for a clinical assistant to join its growing team in West Allis/Elm Grove. The role provides gentle, patient-centred care in the dental office. Any clinical or dental assisting experience is a plus, but the only requirements are a positive attitude, a patient-first mentality and the ability to work well with a team.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and break down the dental operatory
- Assist the hygienist with procedures and tasks as needed
- Help other assistants stay on time when needed
- Update general patient charts with documentation in a timely manner
- Build a rapport with patients and support treatment recommendations made by the doctor
- Other duties as assigned by the team leader and department leader
Required profile
- Positive attitude and patient-first approach
- Ability to work with a team
- Any clinical or dental assisting experience is a plus
