About the role

Global InfoTek is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery strategy, cross-team coordination and end-to-end value stream across several teams and projects supporting a General Services Administration (GSA) contract. The role does not manage daily sprints; instead it acts as a strategic liaison for senior stakeholders, ensuring integrated products are delivered securely, on time and in line with enterprise objectives. The position is based in Reston, VA, requires a Secret clearance and US citizenship, and offers a salary of $108,000 to $161,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for integrating work and managing dependencies across multiple Agile teams and external programs.
• Oversee the end-to-end deployment pipeline and enterprise release schedules, ensuring MVPs and FOCs are delivered successfully.
• Resolve multi-program resource contention and manage complex dependencies across the enterprise portfolio.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for senior government stakeholders (COR, PMO) on high-level risk management and service delivery health.
• Establish quality standards, DevSecOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
• Monitor enterprise-level Agile metrics and delivery pipelines to identify bottlenecks and optimize the value stream.
• Translate high-level contract requirements into executable delivery roadmaps.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of relevant experience; a BS degree is required but experience may be considered in its place.
• Extensive experience overseeing multi-team Agile delivery, program management or enterprise release management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-project dependencies and resolve resource allocation conflicts.
• Experience presenting to senior government stakeholders and PMO leadership.
• Deep understanding of scaling Agile frameworks and managing complex delivery pipelines.
• Strong strategic planning and enterprise risk management capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• DevSecOps framework experience.
• Enterprise-level tracking and reporting tools.
• Preferred: SAFe scaling experience, ITSM knowledge, systems integration or enterprise architecture background, and DoD or GSA compliance awareness.
• Preferred certifications: SAFe RTE or SA, PgMP, ITIL v4 Managing Professional, PMP.
