Data Integration Analyst, AI & Risk Adjustment

About the role

The Data Integration Analyst will design and build systems and data pipelines that transform raw healthcare data into structured, reusable assets for AI and analytics. Reporting to the VP of Data Strategy, this remote, full‑time position offers high autonomy and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for ingesting customer data in various formats and load it into a SQL Server data warehouse while preserving raw data for traceability.
• Write and maintain SQL transformations, monitor pipelines for errors, and remediate data quality issues before they affect downstream processes.
• Build and maintain data foundations for retrospective risk‑adjustment coding and develop condition‑suspecting algorithms.
• Design semantic data structures, refactor existing analytics tables, and establish repeatable standards for production deployment.
• Document data models, transformation logic, and collaborate with data management, analytics, and platform teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a self‑starter attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficient in SQL Server / T‑SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience building repeatable ETL or data‑ingestion workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or comparable ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Python for data processing (preferred).
