Data Entry Specialist – Remote (Part‑Time)

About the role

TD Thornton is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support its recruiting operations. This part‑time, remote position focuses on maintaining accurate candidate and job information in the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain candidate and job records in Greenhouse.
• Review data for accuracy, correct errors, and audit records for completeness.
• Organize digital recruiting files and documentation.
• Generate basic reports and provide data updates to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate data discrepancies and support recruiters with timely information.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of data entry, office support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
