Data Entry Clerk

About the role

Merit Medical is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join its administrative team. You will be responsible for accurately transferring information from source documents into the company’s computer systems while supporting various internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Enter information from invoices, statements, reports and other documents into the computer system.
• Verify entries for accuracy and completeness and perform audits of your own work or that of others.
• Identify and correct errors, organize data for quick capture, and create accurate spreadsheets.
• Update and maintain relevant databases, ensuring data is properly backed up.
• Gather documents and information from employees, other departments, or clients as needed.
• Inform the manager of any data errors and perform additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of data entry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Goal‑oriented with good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proven computer proficiency, especially with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software.
