Customer Success Representative – Remote

About the role

Join BARBRI’s Order to Cash team to provide exceptional support to future legal professionals. You will ensure a seamless experience from order placement through resolution while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via phone, email, fax and other channels, verifying accuracy before entry.
• Communicate proactively with customers, sales teams and account managers to obtain missing information and resolve order issues.
• Research and resolve shipping, billing and order‑related inquiries promptly.
• Process payments, manage returns, and provide basic technical support for products and services.
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate team members and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing or related administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using business software and technology platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite (preferred).
