About the role

We are a U.S.-based medical clinic seeking a sales‑driven appointment setter to schedule consultations with English‑ and Spanish‑speaking patients. This remote position involves both inbound follow‑ups and outbound prospecting.

Key responsibilities

Follow up with inbound leads who have already requested information.
Make outbound calls to generate new appointments.
Handle objections and convert conversations into confirmed appointments.
Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and CRM.

Required profile

Experience in sales, call center, or appointment setting.
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Full‑time availability during U.S. business hours.
Reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet workspace.
Organized, consistent, and goal‑oriented.
