Chat Support Sales Representative (In‑Center)

About the role

As a Customer Chat Support Representative you will engage customers through real‑time messaging, troubleshoot issues, answer questions quickly and accurately, and guide them to the right AT&T solutions while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via online chat and social media in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resolve service, billing, payment and collection issues and explain product features.
• Upsell AT&T products and services with enthusiasm and persuasion.
• Maintain accurate records, meet monthly performance goals and achieve sales commissions.

Required profile

• Clear and confident written communicator.
• Calm under pressure with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to attend paid training and work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows computers.
• Fast and accurate typing.
• Strong grammar, tone and reading comprehension.
