Bilingual Collections Representative – English/Spanish (Hybrid)

About the role

Join AT&T as a Bilingual Collections Representative, providing top‑notch customer service while helping customers resolve billing issues and keep their services active. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site work in Miami with remote days from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails related to billing, collections, and account activation.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, process transactions, and recover past‑due balances in compliance with applicable laws.
• Explain bills, rate plans, and product features clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Calm under pressure with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend paid training and work flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows computers.
• Basic technical aptitude for learning new AT&T systems and tools.
