Call Center Sales Representative - Hybrid

About the role

As a Call Center Sales Representative you will be the front‑line voice of AT&T, engaging customers through calls, chats and emails to promote products and services. The position is hybrid, requiring you to work on‑site 3‑4 days a week and remotely 1‑2 days.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities, close sales and meet monthly call and revenue targets.
• Resolve service, billing and payment issues, explaining bills and product features clearly.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to attend paid training and adapt schedule based on business demand.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows computers.
