About the role

Join AT&T as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Sales Representative working in a hybrid environment. You will be the voice of a global communications leader, helping customers discover new technology, services, and offers while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities, close sales, and meet commission targets.
• Resolve service, billing, payment, and collection issues accurately.
• Explain product features and bills clearly, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a flexible 40‑hour weekly schedule that may include nights, weekends, and overtime.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Calm under pressure with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend paid training and work both onsite and remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows computers.
