Hybrid Call Center Sales Representative

About the role

As a Call Center Sales Representative you will be the front‑line voice of AT&T, engaging customers to provide service, identify sales opportunities and promote AT&T products. The position is hybrid, with 3‑4 days onsite at the Charlotte Call Center and 1‑2 days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions via calls, chats and emails in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities, present product features and close sales to meet targets.
• Resolve service, billing, payment and collection issues accurately.
• Explain bills and product features clearly and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
• Support a variety of customer inquiries, including technical issues, and escalate when needed.
• Work a flexible 40‑hour weekly schedule that may include nights, weekends and overtime.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Verified internet service with at least 12 Mbps upload and 18 Mbps download for remote work.
