Claims Adjuster – Albuquerque or Remote

About the role

Mapfre’s Century Automotive Service Corporation is seeking Vehicle Repair Claims Adjusters to join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused team. The position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup based in Albuquerque, NM, handling extended warranty and finance & insurance claims.

Key responsibilities

• Adjudicate 20–30 vehicle service contract claims daily while maintaining high responsiveness.
• Answer incoming calls within 60 seconds and handle an average of 40+ calls per day.
• Provide professional, solution‑oriented support to customers, repair facilities, and internal teams.
• Resolve escalated or complex claims and ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with claims leadership and contribute to special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; 3–5 years automotive industry experience preferred.
• Hands‑on automotive experience such as vehicle repair, service writing, or technician work.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes.
• Experience using call‑center software and handling high call volumes.
