Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success / Carrier Relationship Manager will own strategic carrier‑partner relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, platform adoption and operational execution across Converge’s global insurance business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for current and future carrier‑partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic liaison.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and enablement for carrier teams across underwriting, actuarial, distribution and operations.
• Partner with internal underwriting, engineering, actuarial, distribution, support and compliance teams to address needs, prioritize issues and support feature development.
• Manage meeting schedules, work‑stream alignment and milestone tracking for carrier onboarding and expansion.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering on platform improvements and market needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in insurance, preferably cyber, specialty or commercial P&C.
• Demonstrated success in relationship‑driven, customer‑facing roles with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with underwriting, distribution, broker relations or carrier program operations.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑moving environment with competing priorities and executive‑level presence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of global insurance markets, especially Australian commercial and specialty lines.
• Understanding of Australian broker distribution, licensing and regulatory environment.
• Experience with digital distribution, InsurTech platforms and automation workflows.
