Customer Success Manager

About the role

Join Reducto’s early Customer Success team to build the function from the ground up while managing a portfolio of high‑value enterprise customers. You will work closely with technical teams to solve complex document‑processing challenges and ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers from implementation through expansion, conducting regular business reviews and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor customer health metrics, proactively address issues, and create/execute success playbooks for different segments.
• Build the Customer Success function: establish onboarding, training, and engagement processes, and develop scalable enablement content.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience working with enterprise clients in consulting or a related role.
• Strategic and technical mindset – able to dive deep into document‑processing challenges while keeping business objectives in view.
• Process‑oriented, data‑driven, and proactive in monitoring customer health and identifying growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communicator comfortable with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure or developer tools.
• Technical background or strong interest in AI/ML.
