Customer Success Manager

About the role

Vitalize is building an intelligent labor and capacity operating system for health systems. As the second Customer Success Manager, you will own the full success motion for multi‑hospital health system accounts, ensuring they realize the promised ROI and become referenceable champions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end success for assigned health system portfolios, from deployment handoff through adoption and value realization.
• Develop and execute customer strategies that align Vitalize’s platform with each system’s strategic KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with product, growth, and deployment teams to shape repeatable success processes.
• Drive measurable ROI and build executive advocacy for Vitalize.
• Maintain regular executive relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑value B2B customer relationships, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable success plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Self‑starter who can own problems end‑to‑end and thrive in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS customer success methodologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and staffing workflows.
• Ability to use data‑driven tools for forecasting and performance tracking.
