Regional Service Manager – South

About the role

United Imaging is seeking a Regional Service Manager for the Southern United States to lead field service operations across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi and South Carolina. The role combines hands‑on technical oversight with people management to ensure high‑quality service delivery for our medical imaging equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day field service activities, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead a team of Customer Service Engineers, driving performance against KPIs such as response time, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Management on new installations and with Sales to optimize customer communication.
• Monitor and report on service metrics, ensuring on‑time completion of PMs and installations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training to support rapid organizational growth.
• Travel as needed to maintain strong relationships with customers and field staff.

Required profile

• BS in Engineering or related technical field (preferred); MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in healthcare or high‑tech capital equipment.
• Experience in medical imaging is desirable; prior P&L management and negotiation experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Full competence with Microsoft Office.
