Operations Associate

About the role

NabiHealth is building a digital health platform for eating‑disorder care. As an Operations Associate you will be the front‑line owner of patient intake and clinical operations, ensuring that patients move quickly from interest to treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end patient intake: conduct outbound calls and texts, schedule first appointments, follow up on no‑shows, and re‑engage lapsed patients.
• Track and report intake funnel metrics such as reach, conversion, and show rates, delivering weekly performance snapshots to the ops team.
• Craft and send patient communications—including scheduling messages, reminders, and follow‑up emails—that are clear, warm, and on‑brand.
• Support clinician hiring and onboarding by coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, and assisting with ramp‑up.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and work across clinical and ops teams to keep handoffs seamless.

Required profile

• Based in San Francisco and able to work on‑site.
• Obsessive attention to detail; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Genuine passion for digital health and the company’s mission.
