Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Enerstaff is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Dallas, TX (75247) for an on-site role reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Service. The specialist manages complex customer accounts and coordinates customer service, production, scheduling, prepress, quality and sales functions, acting as the main point of contact for assigned customers. The position covers print and packaging solutions such as flexographic, digital, RFID, offset and lithographic technologies. Pay is $24-$29 per hour, shift 8am-5pm, start ASAP.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts and act as the primary contact for orders, issues and day-to-day communication
• Coordinate activities across Customer Service, Production, Scheduling, Prepress, Quality, Finance and Sales, and manage revisions, priorities and escalations
• Ensure accurate and timely execution from order placement through delivery, and support metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy and service consistency
• Identify and escalate risks to delivery, quality or customer satisfaction, and ensure accurate order management, documentation, pricing and invoicing
• Support customer satisfaction and retention, partner with Sales on onboarding and expansions, and help resolve customer concerns quickly
• Take part in customer meetings, business reviews and operational discussions, and support continuous improvement and standardization

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Quick learner who understands manufacturing workflows, timelines and execution accuracy
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in a corporate environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet strict internal and external deadlines, and give and receive constructive feedback
