Customer Service Representative - Day Shift

About the role

Join GXO as a Customer Service Representative on the day shift, supporting warehouse operations Monday through Friday. You will help maintain smooth workflow by coordinating tasks, handling orders, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, packaging machine operators, and drivers.
• Prepare work orders, troubleshoot order issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assign and release orders for loading and unloading.
• Allocate and research inventory for orders; perform monthly cycle counts.
• Enter inbound and outbound freight data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and generate bills of lading.
• Maintain and generate KPI reports, audit documentation, and required filings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend work with notice.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
