About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. In this remote contractor role you will measure AI progress, assess logic, and improve model quality through detailed evaluation.
Key responsibilities
- Assign tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the correctness, performance, and logical consistency of AI model responses.
- Identify and resolve issues to enhance model quality.
- Conduct fact‑checking and research to verify information generated by the bots.
Required profile
- Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

- Hourly compensation starting at $25‑$30+ per hour, with bonus rates on some projects.
