SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer

About the role

Invesco is looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to support and enhance SharePoint Online sites and Power Automate solutions across the firm. You will work within the enterprise SharePoint team, collaborating with business units to deliver reliable, secure, and user‑friendly collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, unit test, and implement SharePoint sites, web parts, and Power Automate flows following the software development lifecycle.
• Perform quality assurance, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Document code, processes, and support guides to enable content owners to maintain their sites.
• Communicate progress and variances to scrum masters and product owners.
• Provide third‑tier support and occasional small enhancements on existing applications.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 service strategy, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise design principles.
• Administer core Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and related collaboration tools.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of development experience on SharePoint Online or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center is a plus.
• Knowledge of administrative tools such as ShareGate or PowerShell.
