Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will measure progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to enhance model quality while applying expert writing and editing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assign tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI model responses for correctness and performance.
- Measure progress of AI models and provide feedback for improvement.
- Conduct research and fact‑checking to ensure accurate information.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Ability to write, edit, and use language expertly.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
