About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor position you will help improve AI chatbots by assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and measuring performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide realistic customer‑service scenarios to AI chatbots.
- Evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand voice.
- Record findings and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.
- Track progress across multiple AI projects and report metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
