About the role
The Customer Service Manager supports the General Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment, respond quickly to customer inquiries, and oversee staff interactions.
- Train, coach, and orient new employees while providing ongoing feedback and performance guidance.
- Collaborate with management on staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Maintain store standards, safety policies, and inventory controls.
Required profile
- 21 years of age or older with 1‑2 years of retail management experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and maintain consistent attendance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard business machines (scanners, POS, computers).
- Cash handling and accurate change-making abilities.
What we offer
- Hourly pay $19‑$22.
