Customer Care Associate – French (Hybrid)

About the role

The Customer Care Associate will provide reactive support to a large portfolio of Odoo users, ensuring they get the most out of the ERP platform. This hybrid position (four days onsite, one day remote) is based in Brisbane, CA and requires fluency in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of roughly 1,400‑1,600 accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and administrative requests quickly and accurately, guiding users to maximize their Odoo experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain performance metrics related to task resolution and work ethic.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Odoo and share educational resources with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong organizational abilities and dependable work habits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with G Suite applications.
• Experience using standard customer support tools.
