Customer Care Associate – French (Hybrid)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Associate to provide reactive support to its French‑speaking customers. The position is hybrid, with four days on‑site in Brisbane, CA and one remote day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 1,400–1,600 accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for French‑language inquiries.
• Handle administrative requests quickly and accurately, guiding customers to maximise their use of Odoo’s ERP suite.
• Meet performance metrics for task resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and collaborate on solutions.
• Develop deep expertise in Odoo software and share knowledge through documentation and self‑service resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong organisational abilities, dependability and punctuality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with G Suite applications.
