About the role

The CT Technologist provides cross‑sectional imaging services for patients of all ages at Medina Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic Health System facility. This PRN position works 32 hours per six‑week period with no on‑call requirement.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare patients, verify orders, and ensure safety and comfort during CT procedures.
  • Operate CT equipment, administer contrast media, and perform VNA punctures as needed.
  • Acquire, archive, transmit, and print images via PACS while maintaining quality assurance documentation.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT‑registered technologist in good standing with CT certification within one year of hire.
  • Current state licensure and BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and related pathology.

Required skills

  • Computed Tomography (CT) imaging operation.
  • Contrast media preparation and administration.
  • VNA (vascular access) puncture technique.
  • PACS image acquisition and management.
