About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a PRN CT Technologist to provide accurate computed tomography imaging for a high‑volume outpatient department. The role requires efficient, timely scanning of up to 40 patients per shift while ensuring patient safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Acquire patient chart data and verify study orders to ensure correct setup and identify contraindications.
  • Educate patients about the CT procedure, operate the scanner, and maintain quality‑assurance documentation.
  • Maintain the CT area, including technical and clerical components, to ensure proper imaging quality.

Required profile

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT registration (R.T.(R)) in good standing.
  • CT certification (R.T.(R)(CT)) obtained within one year of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
  • Knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and related pathology.

Required skills

  • Radiologic Technology degree.
  • ARRT registration.
  • CT scanner operation certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
