Crop Field Service Representative – North Dakota (Remote)

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Crop Field Service Representative to manage accounts in North Dakota. This remote, work‑from‑home position includes a company car and requires the candidate to reside in western North Dakota.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by selling a broad suite of crop insurance solutions and managing the existing agency portfolio.
• Develop business plans with agents, educate them on federal crop insurance policy and RCIS products, and provide consultation to enhance their market reach.
• Identify new products and services, lead agent training sessions, and coordinate training meetings.
• Analyze processing and servicing issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve them.
• Ensure agents comply with regulatory requirements and assist in developing SOPs and quality‑control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 6‑7+ years of sales experience, or High School Diploma with 8‑9+ years of sales experience, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams (required for Field Representative 3 level).
• Experience in the crop insurance industry is preferred.
