About the role

Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative, community‑focused anesthesia practice. The position offers flexible shift options and a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑anesthetic assessments, develop and implement anesthetic plans, and document care.
• Administer anesthesia throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence phases, monitoring patient responses and notifying physicians as needed.
• Provide post‑anesthesia follow‑up evaluation and care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program with current RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio.
• Current NBCRNA certification and state endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required; PALS and NRP may be required based on setting.
