CRNA – Multi‑Specialty Anesthesiology with Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic is expanding its new neurological center and seeks Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide anesthesia care for complex neuro procedures and a broad range of surgical specialties. The position offers a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional income.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑anesthetic assessments, develop and implement individualized anesthetic plans, and document care.
• Administer anesthesia during induction, maintenance, and emergence phases, monitoring patient physiology throughout.
• Recognize and respond to physiologic changes, notifying physicians as needed.
• Participate in occasional in‑house call and optional extra shifts.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio, with active NBCRNA certification and CPC.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification; PALS/NRP may be required based on assignment.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑stress environment and meet physical demands of the role.
