International Medical Logistics Officer

About the role

The Medical Logistics Officer (MedLo) acts as the administrative and operational liaison between Cleveland Clinic Client Medical Service and a partner entity’s clinical operations, supporting continuity of care across international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain pharmacy and biomedical supply chain integrity in partnership with the entity.
• Develop and sustain quality‑assurance and procurement mechanisms.
• Participate in planning, COE assessments, and drilling protocol development, including simulation programs and tactical care training.
• Engage in policy development and implementation with Cleveland Clinic and the partner.
• Conduct supply and material audits as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Nursing degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical, supply‑chain or hospital‑administration experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Military or expeditionary operational experience preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Data analysis background preferred.
