CRM Manager

About the role

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a CRM Manager to lead acquisition and retention strategies for multiple direct‑to‑consumer brands. Reporting to the Director of CRM, you will own the client relationship and drive lifecycle optimization across email, SMS, loyalty, referral and subscription channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute best‑in‑class acquisition and retention strategies for 6+ DTC clients.
• Oversee email, SMS, loyalty, referral and subscription management services.
• Mentor and manage 1‑2 CRM Analysts, ensuring quality builds, task management and reporting.
• Maintain final quality assurance and serve as the primary client liaison.
• Optimize customer lifecycles to move prospects from first site visit to repeat buyer across various industries.
