About the role

As a Front Office Strategy Consulting Manager specializing in Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics, you will help clients improve their customer experience by analysing touchpoints, designing journey maps and delivering data‑driven engagement strategies. You will work within PwC’s Strategy practice, leading consulting projects that drive satisfaction, loyalty and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer‑centric consulting initiatives to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
• Analyse customer touchpoints and design personalised journey maps to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies using data‑driven insights.
• Manage client accounts and oversee project planning, budgeting and execution.
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes.
• Utilise customer data management techniques to optimise service design and delivery.
• Conduct customer journey analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent quality and timelines across projects.
• Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Uphold professional standards and reinforce the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Cybersecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Computer Applications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Experience (CX) concepts.
