CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage)

About the role

The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will cover maternity leave for the Enkore department, supporting email and SMS program strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. This temporary role runs from August to December 2026, full‑time (40 hrs/week).

Key responsibilities

• Write and traffic email and SMS briefs, coordinating with internal teams and clients to keep copy, creative and feedback on schedule.
• Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and flows within Klaviyo and other ESPs, using dynamic content and personalization.
• Troubleshoot rendering, linking and compatibility issues to ensure flawless delivery across devices.
• Pull and analyse performance data weekly, monthly and quarterly, tracking KPIs such as deliverability, open, click, conversion and unsubscribe rates.
• Monitor flows and campaigns to confirm triggers, segments and integrations function correctly, flagging anomalies with supporting data.
• Own task management in the PM system, keeping dates and content current and flagging any delays.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented CRM practitioner with a focus on flawless execution.
• Motivated by delivering measurable results for client campaigns.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and tight schedules.

Required skills

• Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing platform).
• Experience with other ESPs and dynamic content personalization.
