Amazon Marketplace Specialist – US/CA/UK Markets

About the role

We are looking for a remote Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage our product catalog across the US, Canada and UK Amazon marketplaces. You will ensure listings are accurate, optimise content for each market and support inventory planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full Amazon catalog for all three marketplaces, including new item setup, variation families, parent/child relationships and retirement of discontinued SKUs.
• Maintain listing quality – titles, bullet points, A+ content, images, backend keywords, category placement and attribute completeness.
• Monitor and resolve listing issues such as suppressed inventory, buy‑box loss, duplicate ASINs, unauthorized sellers and mapping errors.
• Open, track and escalate Amazon support cases to resolution.
• Adapt and localise listing content for each market, complying with UK/European requirements.
• Build and maintain a rolling SKU‑level demand forecast per marketplace, accounting for seasonality, promotions and new launches.
• Manage inventory health, including weeks of cover, replenishment timing, IPI score, aged stock and removal decisions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience managing product listings on Amazon marketplaces.
• Understanding of inventory forecasting and supply‑chain concepts.
