Senior Manager, Paid Search

About the role

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead paid search initiatives for its DTC e‑commerce clients. You will own the end‑to‑end media buying process, drive performance, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring benchmarks, measurement, and reporting are met.
• Develop media strategies aligned with funnel stages and messaging tactics.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS while managing budgets.
• Implement Lunar Solar Group’s Google Ads blueprint and adopt new platform products.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Onboard new clients, craft initial digital strategies, and transition work to junior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships, support business development, and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads; Bing/Microsoft Ads is a plus.
• Proven track record managing paid search for DTC/e‑commerce brands.
• Experience optimizing product feeds.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
