Senior Director, CRO & Landing Page Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to own and grow our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing‑page function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine hands‑on execution with strategic program building to help our consumer‑focused clients increase online revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CRO initiatives, including onsite optimization of homepages, category, product, cart and checkout pages.
• Design, build and test paid‑media landing pages and post‑click funnels using our proprietary no‑code platform, CairnAI.
• Document and standardize processes, templates and workflows to ensure consistent quality and speed.
• Collaborate with go‑to‑market teams to acquire new CRO clients and expand revenue across both service lines.
• Develop and scale a dedicated CRO team as the business grows.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in conversion rate optimization and landing‑page strategy for consumer brands.
• Ability to work directly with clients as an individual contributor while simultaneously building scalable operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to testing and decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
