Senior Manager, Client Strategy

About the role

The Senior Manager, Client Strategy will own day‑to‑day client relationships for a portfolio of low‑ and medium‑tier accounts, driving strategic execution and cross‑functional collaboration. Reporting to senior strategy leads, this role is a stepping stone toward full‑funnel account ownership within a fast‑moving advertising agency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account lead for 5‑6 client accounts, managing strategy execution and communication.
• Create and deliver client‑focused reporting, presentations, and storytelling decks that highlight new channel opportunities and full‑funnel media plans.
• Collaborate with channel teams to develop test‑and‑learn roadmaps, keeping performance and strategy moving forward.
• Translate insights into actionable next steps across service channels, prioritizing to avoid client overwhelm.
• Stay ahead of emerging e‑commerce and marketing trends, informing clients of industry and platform updates.
• Lead cross‑channel initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet Lunar standards.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to align execution with client strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading client strategy and managing multiple accounts.
