The role leads patient care using the Nursing Process within the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will work collaboratively with an inclusive, talented team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively use the Nursing Process in delivering patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary groups.
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources, serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Embrace concepts that enhance customer satisfaction, employee morale, and professional nursing improvement.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• No prior experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in a clinical specialty area (preferred).
• Computer skills for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
• Proficiency with Windows‑style applications and related software packages.
