Critical Care Nurse – Clinical Solution Specialist (Travel – Northern CA)

About the role

Bring your passion for patient care and technology to a field position where you will act as the clinical application expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products across Northern California.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource to customers, collaborating with field service, sales and project management throughout implementation and go‑live phases.
• Assess workflows, determine education needs, create education plans and deliver equipment and application training.
• Configure and optimize monitoring solutions, troubleshoot technical and clinical issues, and support first‑use adoption.
• Travel up to 90 % of the time, including driving, overnight stays and occasional air/train travel.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU or PICU setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent licensure) with an active RN license.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+).
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue patient monitoring equipment and applications.
• Experience delivering adult education and clinical training.
