About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital as a Critical Care Float Pool RN, providing high‑quality care across multiple intensive care units, including surgical, neuro, trauma, and thrombectomy patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician orders.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge needs.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
• One year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ALS certification required for critical care areas.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ALS certification.
