Crew Leader – Holiday Lighting Installation

About the role

Lead a crew installing holiday lighting for residential and commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut. This hands‑on position combines outdoor work, safety oversight, and customer interaction, with a pathway to a year‑round lawn‑care technician role.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, load, and unload trucks, trailers, materials and equipment for daily projects.
• Supervise crew members to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Train and provide ongoing direction to crew members.
• Install and remove holiday lighting and décor safely and efficiently.
• Operate trucks, trailers and bucket trucks.
• Inspect completed work for quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license, clean driving record and 3+ years driving experience.
• 1‑3 years leading crews in construction, roofing, landscaping or related outdoor trades.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and at heights, climbing 28‑foot ladders daily.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivated and dependable.

Required skills

• Experience operating trucks, trailers and bucket trucks.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Frequent ladder use and ability to work at heights.
