About the role
YouLend is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to own and drive collections performance across the United States. The business is experiencing rapid growth, and the role will focus on building a high‑performing team and scalable processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of five agents, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Own and improve core metrics such as cure rates, repayment speed, cost‑to‑collect, and losses.
- Design and evolve segmentation, treatment paths, and contact strategies.
- Define the operating model, including structure, workflows, governance, and performance cadence.
- Collaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, Capital Markets, and Technology on tooling and automation investments.
Required profile
- Proven experience directly owning collections outcomes and related KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop a small collections team.
- Track record of holding team members accountable to high performance standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
