VP of Finance – FP&A Leadership (Atlanta, Hybrid)

About the role

We are a boutique financial services firm in Atlanta seeking a seasoned finance executive to lead our FP&A and strategic finance functions. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape finance strategy, drive performance insights, and support high‑impact business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models that inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze performance trends, variances, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Partner with executives on annual planning, scenario analysis, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership, preferably within investment banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and execute both strategy and hands‑on tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
