About the role
APEX TK is seeking a highly skilled engineer to provide systems analysis expertise for new Missile Defense System capabilities aimed at identifying lethal objects.
Key responsibilities
- Work within a multi‑discipline, multi‑source/industry team.
- Provide technical analysis, management, and scientific support to MDA’s Counter‑Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate.
- Develop and formulate options to improve the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities.
Required profile
- Master's degree in a STEM field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance and ability to qualify for TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with technical performance assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation development.
Required skills
- Radar signal processing.
- Scheduling and object classification.
- Electronic protection.
- Systems engineering analysis and process management.
- Electronic attack/protection modeling development.
- Technology maturation planning.
