Corrective Technician – Stormwater Repair Crew

About the role

Join Dragonfly Pond Works as a Corrective Technician on our Stormwater Repair Crew. You will work outdoors in Auburn, GA, maintaining and repairing ponds, lakes, and stormwater control structures while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as mini‑excavators, skid steers, slope mowers, front‑end loaders and backhoes.
• Perform manual labor and use hand tools to grade, plant, mow, and remove invasive species.
• Repair erosion, install or restore stormwater control measures, and stabilize sites.
• Lead by example to foster a safe, productive work environment.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all company safety policies.

Required profile

• Experience in pond/lake maintenance, landscaping, erosion control, or stormwater management.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lb and work in varied weather conditions.
• Comfortable working around water, slopes, and environmental hazards (bees, poison ivy, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Commitment to safety practices and company values.
