Corporate Intern - HR Benefits

About the role

Associated Bank offers a 12-week corporate internship focused on HR benefits administration. The program gives hands-on experience in research, analytics, employee communications and strategic projects that help deliver competitive benefit programs to employees, with mentorship and networking across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the structured internship program, including orientation, workshops, networking events, a research project and professional development activities.
• Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project-based work and assigned deliverables.
• Attend meetings and trainings and collaborate with team members to meet line-of-business standards and timelines.
• Follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• Gain practical experience in corporate benefits administration through research, analytics, employee communications and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Associate's degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at the start of the internship; must not have graduated before then.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree student with the same standing and not yet graduated.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
